Italian communes ordered alphabetically

The aim of this section is to find the correct spelling of the Italian places. Italian communes, today over 8,000, are ordered alphabetically and connected to their Province and Region with links. When the Comune appears in blue more specific information is available. For alphabetical purposes, places like Sant'Angelo are considered as if they were written: santangelo. And places consisting of more words are considered as if they were one long word.
