Spout No. 32 Fountain of 99 Spouts in L'Aquila L'Aquila (AQ), Abruzzo, Italy Description: The face is the 9th along the central side (the 32nd in the whole sequence), between a white tile to the left and a red tile to the right.

Return to the history of the Fountain of the 99 Spouts (Fontana delle 99 Cannelle)

The figure represents a man's face, with a head cover resembling a soldier or knight; the white tile to the left containsg a 5-petal flower that looks too new in comparison to the other stones, and may be a later remake.
